Want to Expand Your Human Experience?

Last week we looked at whether we’re expanding, neutral or contracting. What awareness came up after reviewing the areas of your life?

This week, let’s take the next step and look at how to move from contraction to expansion.

First, look at what you wrote last week when reviewing your life.

Find the “N’s” and the “-’s”.From this list, pick the top 3 that would improve your life if you focused on them.

Now, star them.

Using the information in the blogs from January 3rd and January 10th what 3 to 5 steps can you take action on and move forward?

If you were to take action, how would it make you feel? HINT: write this down.

When in action, what will this bring more of into your life? HINT: write this down, too.

If you take action, how will this expand your world?

What can you do…what steps can you take to engage in your life more?

Using January’s blogs as a reference, take both steps and the corresponding affirmations that you know you can commit to.
