Work With Me
A practicing chiropractor since 1986, I recognize that each person is foremost an individual with a unique history, environment, perspective and feelings around their situation, health and outcomes in seeking care. While we have a common human biology, my experience has shown that there are many ways to fully express ourselves offering opportunities upon which to build foundations for healing and maximizing our potential. As such, healing is a journey and it is not a one-size fits all approach. There are many reasons why individuals seek chiropractic care, be it a specific problem to solve, early detection or management of health concerns, while others express the wish to maximize their function and performance. I collaborate with individuals on short and long term goals in order to create a plan of care.
For those individuals and groups interested in exploring new ways of “being”, my style of professional coaching is in using the cooperative model. My preference is with individuals and small groups who may require coaching or mentoring around a specific challenge, wishing different outcomes or motivation. I am interested in celebrating your strengths, uniqueness and maximizing your creativity throughout the process so you may leave with the resources and skill sets to apply beyond working with me.
Outside my profession, I facilitate groups working on transformative team building, motivation, and matching values with vision. I focus on evoking empowered results that embrace self-leadership and responsibility over management.
I also collaborate with groups through my transformational talks and workshops. I am committed to moving audiences to be more self-reflective, energized and inspired, along with practical tools to implement in daily life.

While I do see parents, my focus and special interest is on neonates, infants, children and pregnancy on a part-time basis. I do accept temporary referrals from other professionals for detailed assessments and recommendations for those professionals to follow up. I only discuss clinical care through appropriate in-person visit consultation and assessment. A wide range of adapted techniques are available for appropriate patient age, size and comfort. My scope of practice professionally in Ontario in the Chiropractic Act 1991 1 is defined as:
“The practice of chiropractic is the assessment of conditions related to the spine, nervous system and joints and the diagnosis, prevention and treatment, primarily by adjustment of: dysfunctions or disorders arising from the structures or functions of the spine and the effects of those dysfunctions or disorders on the nervous system; and dysfunctions or disorders arising from the structures or functions of the joints.”
