Meet Liz

Dr Liz is an active meditator, traveller, scuba diver and paddle boarder. She continues to see patients, teach, write, mentor and volunteers in many capacities both in and outside her profession. An author, professional speaker and seasoned chiropractor of 38 years, Liz brings a wealth of lifetime knowledge and experience to her patient care and events. 

Her clinical focus is primarily on pediatrics and she was the first Canadian with a Diplomate in Chiropractic Pediatrics from the ICA (USA). Published in peer reviewed journals, along with involvement in associations and regulatory boards she brings over 38 years of practice experience and insight. She happily enjoys caring for individuals in finding solutions be it for symptoms, prevention or maximizing wellness and potential.

Dr. Liz is a popular speaker at events in both the didactic area of her profession as well as on motivation, overcoming adversity and personal growth.

At the end of 2017, she underwent a right below knee amputation due to a prior diagnosed synovial sarcoma in 2007. Dr. Liz applied different approaches to find a new base of support. She openly shares her experiences of how her choices dramatically impacted her outcome with the hope that her insights inspire a reflective, proactive self-practice in how we listen to, care for and empower ourselves and others. 

Described as insightful and a curious soul, she has an indomitable spirit and lover of life.
