Health Through The Holidays
It’s been my experience that pretty much every December I see lots of sick people out and about. I work hard to not be one of them. December is a month of indoor activities, closer contact with lots of people, many more commitments, late nights, plenty of rich food, last minute rushing around and shifting from our usual “healthier” routines.
